Allison Godlewski works with the Human Capital team on all aspects of HC including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, leave administration, employee relations, policies, and procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked as the HR Director at an independent school in Cambridge, MA for eight years. She also worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 10+ years in similar roles.
